WTC Noida Phase 3 name of an idea began by a David Rockefeller,
path in 1959 the Lower Manhattan Association and starts to advance the

of Manhattan. New York and New Jersey approve the improvement of WTC in 1962,
the initial occupants move into North Tower of the World Trade Center. Starting
